As you'll see from my earlier post I got some great things in the Lush sale. I also took a trip to Debenhams this week and bought an Elizabath Arden Eight Hour set, reduced from £42 to £28. It contains the Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant, Lip Protectant Stick, Moisturising Hand Treatment, Daily Face Moisturiser and All-Over Miracle Oil, all in a lovely red zip-up bag. I've never actually tried anything from the Elizabeth Arden range before but have been meaning to try the lip balm for a while and I have a huge thing for face and body oils at the moment!
I also bought a Clarins gift set, reduced from £30 to £20, which contains the Booster Detox, Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser and Hydra Quench Cream in a soft cream wash bag. I love Clarins' new Boosters for skincare and the Detox one will come in especially handy after all the Christmas and New Year parties. I also bought another set (this wasn't reduced but was great value for £21) containing the Gentle Foaming Cleanser, Beauty Flash Balm, Tonic Bath & Shower Concentrate and Satin-Smooth Body Lotion. These are all generously sized products and will come in so handy for transporting between my flat in London and my family home.
As Debenahms was running a gift time on Clarins (free with two purchases, one to be skincare) I was able to pick three free samples to go with my purchases. I chose the One-Step Cleanser, Multi-Active Night Cream and Renew-Plus Body Serum.
Finally I picked up this special edition of YSL's Touche Eclat highlighter pen which was reduced to £16.75.
First stop was Zara where I got these black trainers for £19.99. I have been looking for a plain black pair of Nikes for a while but I thought these were a similar design and were a much better price! I also picked up a blue stripe top for £15 which will be ideal for work. I love the wide bell sleeves.
Next I picked up a plain pair of black ballet pumps in H&M for £4 because I always go through mine so quickly and my last pair from Primark have gotten very tatty.
Finally Debenhams had an amazing sale on their Tripp suitcases, with some luggage reduced from £150 to as little as £30. I picked up this hand-luggage sized case for £35 and the matching weekend bag for £16. If you are after a new suitcase I'd recommend visiting Debenhams or checking out Tripp's website as they have some amazing bargains at the moment.
