When it comes to my eyebrows I am extremely low maintenance. I get them waxed once every blue moon and know absolutely zilch about shaping them and filling them in. BUT my brows are incredibly light and usually disappear under a layer of foundation or bronzer when I do my makeup every morning, so I rely on one bargain product to make them look existent again. Make Up Academy (MUA) brow define is a tinted mascara created specifically for eyebrows.
It comes in three shades (fair, medium and dark) and is designed to naturally enhance your own natural colour and shape, without clumping or flaking. It has a small mascara-style wand which is larger at one end to allow for precision application.
What initially drew me to this was the fact it was only £2! Then each morning after completing my face makeup I would do a quick slick over each eyebrow and voila - done! No faffing around drawing over each eyebrow or needing to build up certain areas, it was so quick and easy to apply and does not dry out or go sticky on your brows.
Although my eyebrows are quite light I found the lightest shade didn't bring them out as much as I had hoped so I re-purchased it in mid-brown (see below) and this works a lot better at adding a tint of colour.
While I saw rave reviews of Benefit's Gimme Brow when it first launched (which costs £18.50) I think this a much cheaper option.
Make Up Academy Brow Define Mascara costs £2 and is available from Superdrug. Have you tried it before? What are your favourite brow products?
